Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Connect.
- Open Settings → Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and hidden from matching. If you do not sign in again within 90 days, it is permanently deleted. Signing in during those 90 days reactivates your account.
Request immediate deletion
To request permanent deletion without the 90-day waiting period, email info@connectapp.ch from the address linked to your account (or include your registered phone number). We will verify ownership and process eligible requests as required by applicable law.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal profile data where technically feasible. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes (for example payment or audit logs), as described in our Privacy Policy.
