ChaosTreff at the Hackerspace

Chaostreff Bern is the local hackerspace club and this is their open Tuesday. Their own page says the room is open and visitors are welcome on Treff nights, so you do not need to be a member, know anybody, or bring a project. People solder, write code, take things apart and argue about all of it, and a good part of the evening is sitting around talking. The room speaks German by default and switches to English easily. Every Tuesday, 19:00 to 22:00, at Zwyssigstrasse 45 by Loryplatz. Free.
