Our commitment
Connect has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit content or behavior that endangers minors and act on credible reports in line with applicable law.
Age requirement
Connect is intended for adults. Users must meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction (typically 18+). Accounts that appear to belong to minors may be removed.
Prohibited conduct
- Sexual content involving minors, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material involving minors.
- Using Connect to facilitate harm to children.
Reporting
If you see content or behavior that may harm a child, report it in the app where available and email info@connectapp.ch with relevant details. For emergencies, contact local law enforcement immediately.
We review reports, remove violating content and accounts, and cooperate with authorities when legally required.
